The Nutella Craze!

Nutella. How can so much deliciousness come in such a small package? A little bit of heaven in a jar. That's the word on the street and that's our feeling as well. Rich, creamy and delectable.
No matter if you are young or old, short or tall, a celebrity or the average Joe, everyone is all about their Nutella. It's caused people to question, compromise their morals, relationships to be on fringe, diets to fail and children to cry when the jar becomes...empty (gasp!)
New recipes have been birthed and will go down in the history books. There is Nutella fudge, cheesecake, breads, pudding, cookies. People are putting it in alcoholic beverages, tarts, coffee, ice cream, cereal and just digging their hands and eating it straight out of the jar. (Stop drooling!)
According to NBC New York, Columbia University students consume 100 pounds of Nutella a day in 2013, costing the dining hall $250,000 per year just on Nutella. So the question is, why is this delishness so addicting? There must be something to hazelnuts because people just can't seem to get enough. The addiction is strong. It has conquered most of the world and all across the nations, something several people have tried to do without success. All it takes is one spoonful to find yourself lost in this maze of Nutella addiction.
Some think there is a hidden added ingredient that causes people to become addicted. Others think it's just that good and when something is that good, you just can't say no, losing any sense of self control. And yet others tend to think it's because it has sugar in it. And as we all know, sugar is addicting.
There's only one way to handle a sugar addiction and the same goes for Nutella. Just stop the madness.
Would love to hear your thoughts or addiction stories.
